Do You Ship Worldwide?

How Long Will It Take For Me To Receive My Order? 

Order Processing takes 1 - 3 business days before shipment, Once your item/s is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is: 

USA: 8-15 business days
UK: 6-15 business days
Australia: 7-15 business days
Canada: 8-16 business days
Europe: 6-12 business days
Rest of world: 10-20 business days

How Do I check The Status of My Order? 

Upon order completion, you will receive an email and/or text message confirming your order. You will also receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email and/or text message once your package has been prepared for shipment. If you have questions about your order status or did not receive the email, please contact us.

How Can I Cancel My Order? 

Our items are shipped out sometimes the next business day, so you will need to contact us quickly.

We can not accept cancellations once your order has started its shipping process 24 hours after the purchase. Please still contact us we will do our best to help you out.

My Order Hasn't Arrived I Think It's Lost? 

If you think your order has been delayed or lost in the post please contact us and we will start an investigation with the courier. Unfortunately, we cannot resend your order or refund you until the courier has concluded the investigation. We will keep you informed and will be in touch once the investigation has finished.

Do You Ship All Of The Products Within My Order At The Same Time?

Most of the time we will ship our products in the same group. However, if there is an extremely high demand of a product you ordered, it may arrive later than the other product(s) you ordered.

Which Cards Do You Accept? 

We accept only Paypal for now.

Where is My Refund? 

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

I Need To Change My Order, Who Can Help Me With This?

If you want to edit or change your order please notify us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed we cannot make any changes or cancellations (24 hours after the order).

The Goods I Received Are Damaged, What Should I Do?

If you have received a damaged or not as described item upon delivery, please Contact Us immediately so we can resolve the problem. Also visit our Refund Policy to find out if you are eligible for a refund.
