Refund policy

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. EU customers have a minimum of 14 days under the EU right of withdrawal, starting from delivery of the last item in your order.

How to start a return or cancellation You can start a return or cancellation request directly through your account at https://account.axmof.com, or by contacting us at support@axmof.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method, including the standard outbound shipping cost. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exemptions Certain items may not be eligible for return under the EU right of withdrawal — including sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened. Please contact us if you're unsure whether your item qualifies.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@axmof.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item
